Mensaje de mi Coach

Hola!!! Buenos días!
Quiero compartirles el mensaje de mi Coach Lashanda, espero que se apropien del mensaje y lo compartan,sientan que es para ustedes y tomen la decisión, que lo más divertido es que entre todos nos motivamos!!

El mensaje es el siguiente...

Hi Ana
This is Lashanda your coach. I just wanted to take a moment to ask how you are doing and how your workout has been going.
Many people have such a hectic lifestyle that sometimes doing their workouts every day is the first thing that gets pushed to the side.  I know how difficult it can be to stay consistent and workout every day. That's why I love helping people in this area.
If you are doing great and working out consistently, then congratulations and WAY TO GO!
But if you find yourself struggling with getting your workouts in every day, know you're not alone.  I want to encourage you to step back for a moment and ask yourself why you want to get and stay healthy & fit. Maybe your struggling with your health?  Maybe you want to be an example to your kids and family? Maybe you simply want to look great for an upcoming event?  Whatever it is, identify it.
Once you have done that then write it down and set some goals.  Goals for when you will start the program, complete it, how much weight you want to lose (or gain), what medications you want to get off of, how you want to feel about yourself, ...
After you write them down, post them on your bathroom mirror, car dashboard, refrigerator, or anywhere you will see them to remind you why you are doing this.
Then, send them to me.  I would love to help you achieve your goals.
Don't stop too soon.  This is your life!  Take hold of it and win!
